Monthly Coaching Calls

This service is available to Spirit and Muscle Academy students or graduates ONLY. (Click Here to enroll.) Once a month for 3 months, 30 minute coaching calls, plus weekly email or text support, will help you stay motivated to reach your fitness goals. Discuss your health and fitness goals and progress and get your questions answered. By participating you agree to our Terms and Conditions.
